OBJECTIVE: NBCSN will create a more diverse organization, build and develop a marketing strategy to promote the NCSN, and appropriately allocate resources to promote the long-term organization and encourage professional certification.

OBJECTIVE: Create a more diverse leadership, meaningfully integrate the Future of Nursing 2020-2030 principles into the organization’s culture, develop a robust volunteer pipeline, and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaboration.
