NCSNs can now go to the online NBCSN store to purchase the NCSN pin, travel coffee mug, or a replacement/duplicate certificate*. Certificate frames are also available for purchase.

*Those who recently earned their NCSN or recertified (NCSN or NCSN-E) will receive a free certificate. There is a fee for a replacement or duplicate certificate.

Accessing the NBCSN Store

After you earned your certification, The Award Group should have sent you an email containing your store login information and password. Your username is the email address associated with your NBCSN profile.

If you do not have your password or cannot locate the email from The Award Group, you can use the “Forgot Password” option on the store login page. Be sure to enter the email address that corresponds with your NBCSN profile. The system will send your current password to that email address.  If you do not see it, please remember to check your spam folder.

To access the store, please go to the NBCSN store and log in using your email address and password.
