Purpose

The NBCSN State Liaison Program purpose is to promote NBCSN Certification on the state level.

1. Serves as a resource on certification at the state level
2. Promotes certification at the state level
3. Participates in state activities with NBCSN information
4. Serves as a Liaison between state and NBCSN Board of Directors

The annual report must be submitted by April 15th

• Submit articles to State Newsletter about NBCSN
• Have displays with NBCSN information at state level meetings
• Have a liaison seat on State School Nurse Association Board
• Develop state level activities to obtain exam questions and then submit them to NBCSN (see Call for Questions)
• Formulate study groups for nurses that are going to sit for exam
